Business Development Representative (BDR)

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build a community of tour guides across Turkey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a real impact in an innovative travel business.

What you'll do

• Find and reach out to tour guides across Turkey — online and in person.
• Conduct interviews to assess their experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Onboard approved tour guides and become their primary point of contact.
• Build strong relationships and create an engaged guide community.
• Report insights and community feedback to the leadership team.
• Travel occasionally to meet guides, university tourism departments, and potential partners.
• Grow toward customer success and community management.

• Preferred backgrounds include Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Literature, Arts & Humanities, Tourism, or Hospitality.
• Experience working with tour guides, travel communities, or within the tourism industry is highly valued.
