QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Corporate Communications&Branding Deputy Director
We are seeking a Corporate Communications & Branding Deputy Director, who will work cross-functionally and must be able to quickly develop and maintain a deep understanding of lookout and its mission. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, senior communications professional with exceptional general communications and media relations/social media experience and a familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
- Bachelor degree from university, MBA would be an asset,
- Good command of English and Turkish,
- Able to relocate in Istanbul,
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years of leadership experience in overseeing a breadth of marketing communication responsibilities including PR, AR and employee communications, as a key member of the executive team,
- Experience developing communications strategies with rapidly growing technology companies; pre-IPO experience highly desirable,
- Proven marketing success in business to business communications,
- Established track record in media relations, analyst relations, and issue/crisis communications management, and spokesperson training,
- Proactive style with discipline for setting goals and metrics, driving decisions, and getting closure on recommendations and issues,
- Proven ability to build and motivate teams to deliver on a global scale; understanding of cultural,
- Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills,
İŞ TANIMI
Corporate Communications- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan, with specific strategies to project a positive image to both external and internal audiences,
- Create the corporate communications calendar in close partnership with executive management, and sales & marketing teams,
- Work closely with these teams to develop creative, integrated programs utilizing traditional PR, analysts, influencers and social media,
- Establish operational objectives, metrics, and work plans across each region and agency partner to generate a steady and increasing volume of company stories through interviews, contributed articles, bylines, blogs, editorials and social media,
- Drive programs to educate industry analysts and influencers on Atlasglobal’s value proposition and improve the company’s position in key reports and blogs,
- Act as a marketing evangelist internal to Atlasglobal’s to promote and inform internal stakeholders of key media and analyst coverage and ensure consistency among corporate spokespeople,
- Write key messages, press releases, and any materials required to support Communications and PR strategies.
- Manage monitoring tools, track metrics and report out on progress against goals on a quarterly basis.
- Manage PR budget and optimize ROI across all activities,
- Manage the CEO’s and CCO’s relationships with the media and act as a personal liaison.
Brand Management- Turn business needs into clear and inspiring creative briefs,
- Identify opportunities within the organization to influence product and experience design that reinforce brand positioning and messaging,
- Conduct and disseminate regular post campaigns reviews, including results, lessons learned and best practices to global and local brand work,
- Act as global hub for all brand strategy teams, developing practices that can be leveraged across the region,
- Ability to unlock market complexities into insightful and focused brand strategies that have a clear bridge into creative and marketing,
- Wide-spread adoption of brand plans and campaign across markets and cities driving marketing efficiencies,
- Inspire big picture thinking, unifying team members and brand marketing initiatives around core brand objectives ,and strategic goals,
- Consistent modelling of both brand stewardship and collaborative behaviors to deliver the above.
