QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our driver safety products.


Responsibilities Of “Customer Support Engineer”

  • Provide first level assistance to the customers.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify issues
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues
  • Provide understandable, structured steps, instructions, and solutions to the customers
  • Route or ask unresolved tickets to related teams.
  • Can use support ticketing platform to ask or escalate the issues
  • Take the ownership of the open issues and follow support procedures
  • Flexible to make business trips for pre-sales and support needs, including visiting customers and resolving their technical problems on site
  • Approve hardware problems (RMA) and trace all the replacement process.
  • Prepare regular reports, related with all the issues with their current status.
  • Be an active member of self-improving/growing company.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged and prepare faq and knowledge base records


Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer/Electronic/Electric/Automotive Engineering or related fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in the related field is a plus.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, support, field specialists
  • Good understanding of computer software, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Background knowledge or experience in mobile security products, Camera, Monitor, MDVR systems, tracking, telematics, ADAS and the other active safety technologies in commercial vehicles especially buses.
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Any English certification is a plus


Note: Located in Istanbul European part, preferable in Esenyurt region.
