Austria Card Turkey is a leading provider of smart cards and EMV card personalization services to number of reputable organizations in Turkey. We deal and process sensitive data of financial institutions and individuals. ACT Kart has got different systems and networks that has to be managed and governed from security point of view and goes through audits of national and international certifications authorities.

Security officer of our company is the responsible person of our information and data security, who identifies, develops, implements, oversees, and maintains company's information security program.

We expect the candidate to take up the following responsibilities in general terms:

• Risk and compliance: ensuring that the organization is in compliance with both internal and external policies, to achieve that taking necessary steps and execution.
• Establishing the right security and governance practices, executing them and making sure that they are followed.
• Technical operations: Should be regularly involved in running vulnerability scans, penetration tests, governing audits/certification processes with relevant. customers/authorities and web application security risk assessments —ensuring the software and hardware configurations are compliant with relevant standards.
• Internal and vendor communication: Creating a good relationships with each vendor or department they work with, and clear visibility into their potential vulnerabilities.
• Network and IT management: Leading also relevant teams to ensure a flawless IT.

Expected experience and skill set:

• Graduated from related technical departments of universities.
• Advanced knowledge of English, written and verbal.
• Team member with a leading role, flexible, communicative, curious.
• Experience and knowledge of security principles in the application development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of security compliance and risk issues.
• Have experience in IT security, Cyber Security applications and technologies.
• At least 5 years of IT systems management experience.
• Having knowledge and experience in network infrastructure, operating systems and end-user device management.
• Experience in vulnerability scanning, attack and penetration testing.
• Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other similar credentials is an asset.
• Experience in the Payment Systems industry is an asset.
