JOB DESCRIPTION     

• Implement the people, culture and organization strategies in line with Autoliv's Global initiatives.
• Partner up with plant team members to understand needs that can be supported through HR practices, processes or policies.
• Support recruitment teams and onboarding processes.
• Analysis HR metrics in partnership with the HR Analytics function to develop reports and solutions.
• To give information to the Talent Management and Development Unit in order to determine the development needs of employees. 
• Plan and organize the relevant training and development activities, Succession Planning.
• Administering disciplinary process with related parties.
• Takes action to improve employee engagement and productivity.
• Participate discussions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies where required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related fields,
• Min. 5 Years of Functional Experience
• Fluency in English, both spoken & written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Change management
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
• SAP practice is a plus.
