Technical Product Manager

• BS or a higher degree from a reputable university in engineering or relevant fields (Computer, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Management Information Systems are preferred)
• Min. 5 years of work experience
• Have a strong engineering and/or product management background as well as passion for IT, technology and new business models
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Software development, project management and SCRUM experience is a strong plus
• Interest and/or experience in e-learning, corporate training and digital transformation is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Capacity to motivate cross functional and technical teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate and deal with business partners and suppliers
• Have experience in meeting customers in a corporate environment and present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence
• No domestic or abroad travel restrictions
• Male candidates must have completed military service

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to the Product Group Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the product and services under his/her responsibility:

• In coordination with the sales teams, visit customers and business partners to support penetration and sales of the software products and services, conduct POCs and demos
• In coordination with software development team, analyze customer requests (additional functions, modules for the existing software products) and coordinate the demand process from proposal to delivery
• In coordination with the Product Group Manager, define and analyze target markets, competitors, new trends in learning technologies and prepare strategies and action plans accordingly for all software products Enocta develops
• In coordination with the marketing and product management teams, participate in communication activities and commercial marketing events
• In coordination with the related teams, manage the full life cycle of software products and services (development of the product strategy, definition and delivery of new features and product follow up with SCRUM) 
• Be co-responsible with the software development team for the realization of the existing software product roadmap
• Prepare feasibility studies for existing and new software products/solutions
• Support business partners, customer success management and sales teams with necessary product documentation, guides, product training and presentations
• Prepare and answer technical specifications and RFPs
• Analyze Enocta software products’ usage data and track KPIs, prepare reports to monitor business
• Coordinate and interact with software products business partners and third party technology suppliers
• Conduct all the product management activities directed by his/her manager
