- University degree preferable Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Min. 5 years demand management experience, preferably in fashion, jewellery, home businesses
- Willingness to focus on fashion, accessories, home businesses from demand planning point of view
- Forecasting, data analysis, attention to detail, flexible, expertise in role, advanced user of MS Office applications (Advanced knowledge of Excel as a must),
- Hardworking, eager to learn
- High level of coordination required both within the marketing department and also cross functional (Supply Chain, Category, Campaign) therefore excellent communication skills are a must
- A candidate with a passion for the beauty industry & demand planning career is preferred
- Strong negotiating skills in order to resolve issues
- Ability to manage multiple requests & make decisions in a timely manner
- Analyze and understand data within the context of the wider business needs in order to form opinions and make decisions
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Located in Istanbul and will need to travel/stay in Madrid for a certain period of time
İŞ TANIMI
- Provides accurate & timely estimates as required at all stages of the business planning process (sales, marketing and finance) for Fashion and Home portfolio
- Partner with Fashion and Home Category team to measure the potential of category plans, newness launches and support them in achieving profit plan objectives.
- Reviewing product portfolio of Fashion and Home and providing demand planning perspective
- Working on cannibalization within Fashion and Home products, commenting to marketing team and taking actions
- Analyzing creative layouts of fashion and home pages and brochures to adjust estimations and providing additional business inputs
- Support DP Manager through Financial Reviews and with ad hoc analysis
- Manage direct report(s) to deliver accurate & timely estimates as required at all stages of the business planning process
- Newness vs trends and actuals - implement where applicable changes following latest results to maximize impact on accuracy KPI’s, service and inventory improvement
- Tracking & root cause analysis of results to improve future performance
- Work closely with Sales Finance to understand the Source of Sales trends, risks and bias
- Analyse F&H brochure financials, apply corrective actions, align with Commercial Marketing
- Improve and align forecasting best practice
- Communicate risks (upside or downside) or confirmed changes to Supply Chain through planning phases
- Reduce inventory levels & support service targets through accurate estimating and participation in the related meetings by achieving customer satisfaction, company growth and budget objectives
