Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering related fields
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong written and verbal command of English
• Proficient in advanced Excel for data analysis and knowledgeable in SQL
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Result-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
• Must have a valid work permit in Turkey

Areas Where You Will Create Impact

• Conducting product analyses and managing project processes
• Leading risk management, process optimization, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Identifying, evaluating, and monitoring new product opportunities in the market
• Preparing product-related reports and conducting data-driven analyses
• Managing system integration, testing, and development processes
• Managing end-to-end new product development and implementation processes
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of new products
• Monitoring product performance and recommending improvements based on business needs and market trends
