QUALIFICATIONS
AXITEC SOLAR TURKEY
Axitec Solar Turkey is the facility of Axitec GmBH Germany which is one of the lead German Solar Manufacturer, in Turkey as the sales office.
As one of the lead global Solar Manufacturer, we are quite active in Energy Sector.
We would like to have a new team member as "Sales Support and Operation Responsible", according to the specification down below.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Logistic or eq.
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience,
- Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory (the candidates who do not have excellent English knowledge will not be considered)
- Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian, Macedonian is preferable
- Advance knowledge and experience of MS office applications,
- Living in Asian side; Ataşehir province is the first preference, ( Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ümraniye are also preferred)
- Respectful to her colleagues,
- Can keep up with long working hours and stress management,
- Ability to take initiative,
- Willing to work in the Renewable Energy Sector,
WORK DESCRIBTION
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is met in line with business objectives and actively supporting the sales department,
- Following up to all order process (from leaving the facility to handing into the customer, including transport, import, etc),
- Ability to search for new markets and potential customer in Balkanian,
- Ability to operate the Sales Support and all Operations in Balkanian and Turkey,
- Controlling the order execution phase with regards to costs, margins planning and risks,
- Receiving requests from existing and new customers for point of contact,
- Transferring buyer requests to the relevant department,
- Following up projects, tenders, development of the business in responsible markets,
- Supporting foreign procurement activities,
- Preparing periodic reports,
- Managing marketing operations ( Managing social media accounts, fair organizations, customer references of the company, etc.)
- Keeping the records of all contacts, send regular e-mails to all contacts,
- Having the imagination for having creative ideas to move the company forward,
- Ability to take initiative.
