     GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• You have an education/Masters or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Mathematics, Statistics, mechatronics/industrial engineering
• You are fluent in English
• You have a minimum of 2-4 years work experience in Demand & Supply Planning in an oil (or its products)/chemical  company
• Knowing ship/vessel planning is a plus
• Strong Analytical Skills
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office; esp in Excel.
• Capabilities required PowerBI and SAP an asset
• Ability to work flexibility
• You are a communicative team player 

      JOB DESCRIPTION

• Facilitating the cost-effective and timely supply of LPG to all facilities through tracking systems
• Planning all LPG movements within the Aygaz group on a monthly/daily basis in terms of quantity, quality and timing, in coordination with terminals and headquarter
• To support the studies carried out to optimize the process from the LPG source to the desired point in terms of cost, timing and quality
• To conduct distribution optimization studies
• Sequential implementation of action plans defined in the processes according to changes/potential changes in the supply plan
• Managing procurement and sales relationships with domestic suppliers
• Planning the resource needs of ship and overland fleets in coordination with the relevant teams according to supply needs
• Reporting relevant LPG flow movements in facilities and performing SAP transactions
• Submitting cash tracking tables to the Finance Department
• Carrying out system improvement studies with IT
• To comply with all management systems implemented within Aygaz, especially quality, OHS, environment, information security, energy and customer complaints management systems, and the legal regulatory obligations required by these systems
