QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated Faculty of Management, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Economics of generally accepted universities,
Having worked in corporate companies, with at least 5 years of senior management experience,
Advanced level of written and spoken English,
Having experience in the coordination and development of production, sales, purchasing, export, import departments,
Having management competencies in organization, development of team & performance,
Analytical thinking & experience in data analysis,
Result-oriented and effective decision-making competencies at an advanced level,
Strong in planning and effective time management,
High negotiation and communication skills, developed sense of responsibility,
Having problem-solving and follow-up skills,
Competent in customer relationship management,
No restrictions on domestic and international business travel,
Residency or will be able to reside in Samsun.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the entire team in line with company policies and objectives,
Ensuring that the production, purchasing, sales, accounting, finance, foreign trade, warehouse, quality management, and other relevant departments of the enterprise work in a coordinated manner in accordance with legal regulations,
Directing and managing all departments in order to achieve the determined sales and production targets and increase efficiency,
Increasing the customer portfolio in order to expand the market share, establishing qualified business relationships with existing and new customers, and providing sales development activities,
Directing and developing the marketing, sales strategies of the products produced by the company,
Organizing participation in international sectoral fairs and congresses,
Organizing customer visits and hosting the visiting customers,
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,
Determining, directing, and developing the human resources needs of the company in line with the targets of the company and providing employment,
Making performance evaluations of employees, ensuring that necessary studies are carried out on training and development,
Informing the senior management about the above-described areas of responsibility (production, sales, human resources, etc.) with periodic reports.
