Inside Sales Representative

b4dynamics is an international IT consulting company with over 35 years of experience in ERP.  We support our customers in their business process optimization by using standard software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This includes the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (finance & operations) as well as Customer Engagement (sales, retail, customer service, field service, project service automation, talent, marketing).  We have a vertical approach on medium-sized companies in process and discrete manufacturing. 

We are looking for a qualified and motivated part-time and/or full-time team member in the position of Inside Sales Representative.

Your tasks:

• Support and grow existing customers base
• Translation of marketing material and website content
• Preparation and content management of: workshops, web demos, offers, presentations, brochures, proposals and/or contracts
• Social media content creation

Your profile:

• Experience in supporting and growing existing customers – ideally in the software industry
• Strengths and passion in: PR, Social Media, Marketing and/or Sales
• A high level of commitment, flexibility and the necessary team spirit to complete sales & marketing tasks
• Great English-speaking abilities
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS CRM
