QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 Baerlocher Turkey was founded in 2012.  Baerlocher Kimya belongs to the Baerlocher Company Group, which is the world’s leading manufacturer of PVC stabilizers for today’s plastics processing industry.

We are looking for a "Regulatory Affairs Responsible” for our company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Department, Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Experienced in KKDIK & EU-REACH activities,
• Preferably KDU certificated,
• At least 3 years of work experience,
• Advanced level of English both written and spoken is a must,
• Excellent communication skills and prone to teamwork,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•          Pre-registration of chemicals produced or imported at the facility in accordance with KKDIK.
•          Conducting relations with the global consortium for chemicals for which our company is the "Leader Registrant" 
•          Establishing communication with other companies and other lead registrants within the scope of KKDIK.
•         Inquiry and ensuring KKDIK compliance of the supplier in the supply of new raw materials.
•         Supporting the exported chemicals, when necessary, to abroad within the scope of the legislation in force.
•          Providing necessary support as part of the global licensing division.
•          Collection of necessary substance and product specific data from available sources in-house and other business partners.
•          Handling internal / external inquiries (e. g. food contact, hazardous components, classification, and labelling).
•          Acts as only representative for other manufacturing sites.
