Head of Marketing and CRM

We are currently looking for a marketing manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with our in-house agency to promote digital and conventional marketing activities, lead a team of 30 people both in the agency and centers.

Responsibilities:

·         Create and execute digital and conventional marketing strategies in line with specific business objectives

·         Managing all aspects of web sites, search engine optimization and social media accounts. Preparing and presenting the related reports to the upper management in each field.

·         Ad performance management

·         Draft and manage the approved corporate marketing budget and strive for coherency, investment efficiency and cross-portfolio synergies.

·         Follow the current trends and innovations in healthcare marketing and analyze the trends. Conducting competition analysis and exploring ways of improving existing services to increase profitability.

·         Identifying target markets, target market segments and new opportunities to be presented to the board.

·         Managing CRM activities and CRM database.

Essential Criteria:

·         Educated to Bachelor's Degree (or comparable) in a related field, preferably in marketing. Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST.

·         Minimum 2 years of MANAGERIAL experience in a Digital Agency. Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.

·         The ideal candidate will be a creative, proactive, highly motivated, strategic and analytical, results-oriented professional requiring minimal supervision and ability to multitask. Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
