Maintenance Engineer

Baldur Süspansiyon Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş.  is a spring leaf manufacturer located in Çayırova with HQ in Spain. We have an exciting career opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer. 

Responsibilities:  

• Be responsible for preventive maintenance activities
• Prepare instructions on how to perform machine-specific preventive maintenance
• Work in coordination with the preventive maintenance team
• Ensure the GMAO maintenance program remains up-to-date and active
• Add any required preventive maintenance tasks to the GMAO program if they are not already listed
• Assisting maintenance department as required,
• Design and draw new products and the machine parts needed for the manufacture of new products, 
• Take part in continuous improvement of products and equipment, 
• Follow and control machine spare parts,  
• Prepare manuals for machines and equipment, 
• Take active part in installation and control of new equipment, 
• Supplier management,
• Prepare and follow up the order placements and quotation, 
• Manage the related purchase process, 
• Negotiate prices, conditions and supplier agreements with the suppliers.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 
• Minimum 3 years of related engineering experience, 
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, 
• Able to work in a three-shift schedule
• Proficiency with Autocad, 
• Excellent knowledge of hydraulic systems, 
• Good knowledge in MS office applications and ERP systems, 
• Driving License,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence in Istanbul-Anatolian side or Kocaeli (We have shuttles to from Kadıköy to İzmit)
