What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Support factories in managing production KPIs, addressing gaps in cost, productivity, efficiency, and yield (general and index)
• Identify opportunities to enhance technical indicators by applying internal and external benchmarks and sharing best practices
• Provide technical training to production teams, fostering knowledge transfer across the company
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement market-available or new innovative solutions
• Propose process improvements or CAPEX projects that boost profitability while ensuring safety, quality, and cost alignment
• Promote the MBRF Management System in production areas by standardizing procedures and tools
• Lead target-setting (e.g., CSR, Tactical Plans, PDCA, 3G reports) and monitor project execution using appropriate methodologies
• Share best practices across all units to ensure alignment and continuous improvement

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or a related department
• 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment
• Understanding of routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA), Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Familiarity with technical metrics (yield, productivity, efficiency)
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI)
• Open to domestic travel
• Based in Bandırma or open to relocation
