QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from engineering faculties,
• Fluent English (written and verbal),
• At least 10 years of professional experience,
• Preferably OHS Master's Degree or Having A-B Class OHS Certificate,
• Preferably OHS Certificates with International Validity (NEBOSH, IOSH )
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
• Problem solver,
• Independent, skilled and good team player,
• Planning and Coordination with teammates,
• Ability to communicate with different cultures and societies,
• Leadership skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint),
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
• Flexibility in working hours,
• Good communication skills,
• Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.

DESCRIPTION

• Determining the best safety practices and ensuring that they're implemented in all business units.
• Determining the Health Programs and ensuring that they're implemented in all business units.
• Determining the Safety Programs and ensuring that they're implemented in all business units,
• Providing consultancy to the management for all the issues regarding HSE in all business units,
• Ensuring that all employees receive the appropriate safety and health, well-being training as set forth in HSE in all business units,
• Planning and applying safety programs and promotional activities (e.g. audits, campaigns and competitions) that will improve the safety,
• Creating and maintaining an incident reporting and reviewing system in all business units,
• Updating Health and Safety documents and following the recommendations of safety committees and relevant authorities in all business units,
• Informing and instructing the subcontractors on the safety and health procedures and instructions to be followed by their employees,
• Assigning safety personnel to monitor and protect the safety and health,
• Preventing and extinguishing fires, intervening in acidentes,
• Identifying and determining all PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) to be used in the facility such as clothing, helmet, glasses, shoes, gloves, clothes, etc., which are designed to provide protection against accidents and injuries by considering the user's body, the hygiene of the employee and the working environment in all business units,
• Employee assignment, audit, OHS program and    compromise management in all business units,
• Making suggestions for changes in procedures, policies and related safety documents in all business units.
• Flexible working hours, including night shifts on weekends and on demand,
