QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor of science in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Analysis or similar fields
- English fluent (written and oral)
- Living in Bandırma
- Teamwork spirit and cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent knowledge of systems , reporting systems like Cognos and VP
- Able to perform under pressure and short timelines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform business analysis like forecasting, projections and trends.
- Advanced computer skills
- Good commercial and business sense
İŞ TANIMI
Objective:•The SOP and Performance Department main role is to set KPIs, track, analyze & report performance across all functions.
•This role will basically work across all functions as well as ensuring integration with Onefoods. Performance Specialist will also work with controlling department on setting the EBITDA tree and integrating the data with the regional one
•SOP and Performance Specialist will be responsible to set and track L2, L3 targets and measure performance by Category, he/she will also prepare all tracking reports that can assist functions in tracking their target and performance
•Performance Specialist will also work with Marketing and sales department in cleaning database and setting the right categories for products as well as
•The SOP & Performance manager should have a strong Finance background as well as having a good understanding of systems and commercial and production cycles

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
