What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Coordinate the procurement team and support the effective execution of sourcing and purchasing activities across production operations
• Manage procurement activities for Energy, CAPEX, MRO, Services and Production Support categories
• Develop and execute category strategies, annual sourcing plans and strategic sourcing initiatives in line with business priorities
• Manage supplier negotiations, tenders and contracts, focusing on cost, quality, service and commercial terms
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers, and monitor supplier performance
• Conduct market, supplier and spend analyses to identify savings and value creation opportunities
• Support procurement budgeting and drive initiatives related to cost optimization, payment terms and working capital
• Identify supply risks, develop contingency plans and support the development of alternative suppliers
• Contribute to procurement process improvements and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably within manufacturing or production operations
• Experience in coordinating or guiding a team within procurement or a related function
• Strong experience in technical procurement and strategic sourcing, particularly in Energy, CAPEX, MRO, Services and/or Production Support categories
• Solid experience in supplier negotiations, contract management and cost optimization
• Good understanding of supplier management, procurement budgeting, market analysis and supply risk management
• Fluent in English
• Living in Bandirma or willing to relocate to Bandirma
