What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Manage the utilities team and ensure uninterrupted supply of cold, water, energy, and steam
• Ensure availability, reliability, and integrity of utilities systems and assets while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Manage utilities and maintenance costs, ensuring budget control and efficiency
• Monitor and manage utilities performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement and follow maintenance routines and corporate maintenance standards in the assigned area
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safe working procedures, and environmental regulations
• Lead and support the team through training on utilities and maintenance standards
• Develop, engage, and retain talent within the maintenance and utilities team
• Control and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and maintenance devices
• Support risk assessments and report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues
• Ensure readiness for emergency and evacuation procedures

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in utilities operations
• Good level of English
• Based in Bandirma or open to relocation
• Experience in utilities systems (boiler, ammonia, pressure vessels, etc.)
• Required certification/permission to work with boiler, ammonia, or pressure vessels (if applicable)
• Knowledge of maintenance and utilities cost management

What competencies are key to this role?

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and utilities systems
• Good understanding of maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective) and efficiency concepts
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (PDCA, root cause analysis, etc.)
• Leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Proactive mindset with ownership and initiative
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work in shifts and dynamic environments
• Ability to work in multicultural environments
