QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
To support the organization's capability to attract and develop exceptional skills on Applications that caters to Logistics & Sales and to provide expert level of knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing, and delivery of Its applications and business process developments. Participate in Application integration program across Turkey.
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Analyze business issues and requirements, balancing the often-competing needs for innovation and standardization/process harmonization, to develop/propose solutions.
- Evaluate concurrent demands conflicts and drive best-in-class solutions for Business
- Execute end-to-end analysis to guarantee technical impact analysis to attend to business requirements
- Ensure high-quality and cost-efficient application projects, enhancement, and service requests. Take a leading role (within the area of expertise) in projects
- Manage and control the implementation of changes. Ensure that these changes do not disrupt existing functionality on these productive clients
- As an IT Representative create best verbal & non-verbal communication with Internal and External Contacts
- Analysis and troubleshooting incidents
- Follow up the implementation of scheduled changes as planning
- Ensure availability of IT environments
- Support IT Projects activities
- Support Integration Projects activities
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies
- Review and accept functional specifications and Review of technical designs created in all modules and any interfaces to legacy application
- Create and Present Status reports for periodic actions
- Manage mid-sized projects (Requires OPEX, Team Size max 10+)
- Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System
- Comply with the requirements of the Food Safety Management System
- Comply with Legal Requirements in the Field and Department
- Comply with Specific Customer Requirements in the Field and Department
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS /OTHER COMPETENCIES
- Process knowledge of several applications focus on Sales Solutions
- Business knowledge of Commercial & Sales
- Understanding IT Governance Processes
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of network architecture, equipment and communication protocols
- Service Desk
Desirable:
- ITIL Certification, PMP, and COBIT
- Knowledge of any Country Specific Solutions would be an advantage
- Experience with localization's and global implementations would be an advantage
GRADUATION/SCHOLARSHIP/EXPERIENCE
- Graduation (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration)
- Postgraduate and specialization / SAP certification(s)(Desirable)
- Advanced English level both writing and speaking
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience.
- 3+ years direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment
- A track record of successful roles in 5 or more implementation or upgrade projects
- Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes
