Job Summary: 

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer shapes and drives the site’s CI strategy linked to the Triple Zero (0 accidents, 0 defects, 0 delays) vision within OSCO EMEA. The CI Engineer acts as a true coach towards the line management from production shopfloor up to the plant management team, creating a continuous improvement culture and system that relentlessly drives actions to get closer to ‘Triple Zero’. While the line management of the site owns the improvement efforts, the CI Engineer support by on-the-floor coaching and applying effective CI tools (like 5S, 5Why, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Kata, SMED...) and by using her/his deep influencing skills to get everyone involved on board to reach improvement of the sites safety/quality/service and cost efficiency standards. 

 Key Responsibilities : 

 • Following up and reporting site’s operational KPIs, keeping and improving the standards with a collaboration of other teams such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Project, Finance Control, Supply Chain, 

• Safety: contribute to achieving zero accidents within the site, 

• Quality: contribute to achieving zero defects in the site dand improve the first time quality in production facilities, 

• Productivity: contribute to achieve Plant’s target on productivity improvement. 

 Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Food and/or Industrial Engineering), 

• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt knowledge is a plus, 

• 5+ Years Experience in Food Industry (Chocolate Process Experience is an asset) 

• Continuous Improvement Project Experience on production,

• SAP knowledge is must, 

• Microsoft Office programs (esp excel) is must, 

• Fluent English, 

• Knowledge about project management.
