QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering,
  • Min. 3 years of experience in marketing & sales area,
  • English language is a must, additional German language would be an asset,
  • Demonstrates following behavioral indicators: is clear, comprise and understands meanings, is open and understands underlying issues, is highly perceptive and a confidant,
  • Has no hindrances to travel (domestic and abroad) as well as readiness for flexible working hours,
  • Excellent user abilities for MS office programs and SAP applications,
  • Demonstrates outstanding negotiation skills,
  • Seeks and acts upon value-adding opportunities for collaboration within and across units (Collaborate for Achievement: is decisive under pressure and difficult business environments)
  • Takes ownership for results, overcome obstacles and drive change. (Act with Entrepreneurial Drive),
  • Acts to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results (Demonstrate Customer Focus: Establishes excellent relationships with customers and exceeds their expectations


İŞ TANIMI

  • Performs external oriented and customer related task independently such as
    • Creating customer profiles, sales concepts and performing business in line with the strategy and according to agreed KPIs,
    • applying for customer credit limits,
    • applying/calculating contracts/offers according to guidelines,
    • conducting sales negotiations
    • owning Key Account Management responsibilities for specific customers
    • identification/developing new sales opportunities incl. ‘route to market’ concepts
    • communicating/coordinating relevant commercial issues directly with the Sub Business Unit in close alignment with Emerging Europe Responsible / Local Sales Manager
    • handling day-to-day issues with customers like communication of supply shortages/product allocation to affected customers,
  • Co-ordinates technical service and assistance to customers with dedicated technical colleagues,
  • Handles customer complaints (NCM) / coordinates answers and solutions with concerned operative/functional units,
  • Conducts further internal obligations and tasks like
    • preparing/collaborating in rolling monthly forecast for demand planning and bottom-up operative planning as well as providing accurate on time reporting (visit reports etc / CRM tool),
    • creating, implementing and updating regional sales concepts according to SBU’s strategy and sub regional strategies
    • participating in Sales meetings and other business relevant events also abroad
    • collecting market data and providing market analyses regularly
