Risk Management Specialist

Bayer

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics or relevant subjects
• 1-2 years of experience,
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization,
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
• Knowledge of business process controls and risk management,
• Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise manner,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken.

İŞ TANIMI

• For the entire legal entity (PH, CH, CS and AH), provide proactive risk management services through supporting risk based decisions and offering effective mitigation solutions.
• Support the Risk Management Team in performing business process reviews, documenting significant business processes in terms of risks and primary control activities,
• Report on significant issues related to internal control weaknesses. Brainstorm with the team and related stakeholders to improve those processes, and monitor corrective actions,
• Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders, corporate audit and external audit teams,
• Periodically review the SAP access rights in terms of appropriateness of the access rights and compliance to the Segregation of Duties principles,
• Contribute in effectiveness monitoring activities of Integrated Compliance Management Project (a global compliance initiative),
• Perform as a consultant / validator during the pre and post-implementation phases of the major process/system change projects as required, following the analysis of the required processes.
• Involve in ad-hoc projects assigned by Top Management.
