Job Description

• Considering the wide product portfolio and huge amount of out-of-stock inquiries, one dedicated FTE is required to handle customer inquiries which is in line with Bayer’s key behavior; „Customer Focus“. 
• Basic purpose of this position is to provide most up-to-date information available on Bayer Pharmaceuticals (including Radiology) and Consumer Health products in response to inquiries with regards to product availability. 
• Product Supply Information Officer would only give stock information to the inquirer and if Bayer product has out-of-stock situation, the inquirer should be referred to his HCP.
• Provide stock information to customers in response to inquiries received via phone, website and all other means and prepare reports to internal stakeholders 
• When needed, this person can also support External Manufacturing and supply chain projects 
• He/she can improve his/herself in general Supply Chain and External Manufacturing area
