We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, conducting lean studies, and spearheading new investments to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILTY:

Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.

Lean Studies:

• Conduct comprehensive lean studies to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Implement lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide manufacturing teams in lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

New Investments:

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment for proposed projects.
• Lead the implementation of new investments, ensuring smooth integration into existing processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data related to production processes and performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports on process improvements, cost savings, and key performance indicators.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that process improvements align with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement measures to enhance product quality and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process development and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
