We are now looking for Managers to join our Audit team.  

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related departments,
• At least 5-6 years of Audit experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, KGK, SPK),
• Sound knowledge of International Audit standards, practices and methodologies,
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements,
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Communication, presentation and influencing skills, compliance with ethical principles,
• Ability to develop operating policies and procedures based on business needs,
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate both with clients and colleagues,

Job description

• Planning and executing complex audit engagements
• Making decisions of audit findings and will relay those findings to the Partner
• Consider problems as a challenge, collect information relevant to the problem, be disciplined in ascertaining the root cause, identify and develop a practical solution, communicate the findings and implement action to resolve the problem,
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients of the BDO,
• Develop and provide training on-the-job training to the audit team.
