We are looking forAudit Senior Manager to work in our İstanbul office.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years of Audit experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Professional accountancy qualification is plus,
• Sound knowledge of International Auditing standards, practices, and methodologies,
• Good knowledge of IFRS, TFRS and other GAAPs, compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements,
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Communication, presentation and influencing skills, compliance with ethical principles,
• Ability to develop operating policies and procedures based on business needs,
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate both with clients and colleagues,

Job Description 

• Planning and executing audit engagements,
• Making decisions of audit findings and relaying those findings to the Partner,
• Consider problems as a challenge, collect information relevant to the problem, be disciplined in ascertaining the root cause, identify and develop a practical solution, communicate the findings and implement action to resolve the problem,
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with BDO clients,
• Develop and provide training on-the-job training to audit teams.
