Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Bego Implant System is one of the biggest Dental companies which was established in 1890 in Germany. For our Turkey organization we are looking for Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will report to Managing Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing and Sales department in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by analyzing sales forecasts, planning, organizing presentations.
• Managing our customers database to increase sales
• Manage marketing agency relations.
• Develop content for the local websites and manage social media channels.
• Keep the partners up to date about product and marketing developments.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines to sales team.
• Initiate and plan international meetings, prepare presentations and info files for the management and external audiences.
• Participating in fairs and info-meetings to increase visibility and customer database

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German will be a good optional plus,
• Excellent presentation skills in both English and Turkish languages
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, World, Power Point).
• Customer-oriented, organized, team-spirited, results-oriented, and a strong negotiator
• Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, & ability to multitask.
• Teamwork spirit is essential for this position.
• Problem solver profile who can adapt to changes quickly, great team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience in working or studying abroad
• Client Focused Management
• Able to travel abroad and domestically

• Resides in Istanbul.
