TUI Blue Maviss is a brand-new 505-room premium all-inclusive resort in Boğazkent, Serik / Antalya. Part of the global TUI Blue brand, Maviss delivers a distinctive holiday concept curated activities, premium dining, and personalised guest experiences. We are building our animation team from the ground up and looking for passionate professionals ready to grow with us from day one.

As an Animator at TUI Blue Maviss, you will plan and lead daily activities across one or more specialisation tracks Mini Club (children's programmes), Land Sports, and Wellness in line with TUI Blue brand standards. You will be a visible, energetic presence that elevates the guest experience from arrival to farewell.

›      Design and execute the daily animation programme in line with TUI Blue standards

›      Lead a wide range of activities: games, sports tournaments, themed shows, wellness sessions and mini club events

›      Actively engage guests of all ages and nationalities to encourage participation

›      Perform MC duties and stage presentations using clear diction and confident stage presence

›      Collaborate closely with the full animation team for seamless programme delivery

›      Collect and relay guest feedback; contribute fresh ideas to continuously improve the offering

›      Maintain equipment, activity areas and props in compliance with hygiene and safety standards

›      Uphold TUI Blue guest safety and wellbeing protocols at all times

›      Prepare daily shift reports as required by the Entertainment Manager

›      Excellent verbal communication skills and confident stage / MC presence

›      Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced team environment

›      Flexible approach to rotating shifts, weekends and seasonal schedules

›      Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in resort operations

›      Preferred: specialisation in at least one track  Mini Club, Land Sports or Wellness
