BENART is a professional entertainment project company who do both design and implementation of theatres, cultural centers, technology & simulation museums, theme parks/entertainment centers. Company Head Office is located in Levent, Istanbul.

We are seeking "PROJECT MANAGER” for our growing organization. 

Job Description: 

·        Strong experience in project management with good contractual knowledge and financial skills

·        Carrying out sales activities regarding previously determined sales targets planning customer visits and reporting the results in a frequency.

·        While sustaining relationships with existing customers carrying out new customer analysis

·        Delivering product presentations based on the requirements

·        Preparing technical proposals and reviewing BoQ’s

·        Developing business and following tenders / bids

·        Plan, coordinate and follow up all project activities from the first stage till the end, ensuring the high quality service delivered to the customer.

·        Manage communication between team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

Qualifications: 

·        University degree in engineering (preferably Electrical & Electronics Engineering)

·        Minimum 3 years Project management experience in managing projects.

·        Minimum 2 years experience on B2B sales.

·        Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

·        Excellent command of English both written and spoken

·        Self-motivated, result oriented and proactive team player

·        Presentable, persuasive with excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills

·        Customer oriented approach and achievement focus

·        Military service must be completed for male candidates

·        Valid driving license

·        No obstacle for travelling
