The Department & Role

BESTSELLER Turkey office is looking for a Customer Services Intern and this role will directly report to Customer Services Team Leader. If you are interested in becoming part of a global fashion company, we are waiting for you application!

Requirements

• BSc degree in business administration or relevant areas
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizational aspects
• Good command in English

 Job Description

• Answering calls from  wholesale customer request
• Introduction to the system of outlet transfer and salable warehouse data of retail stores
• Entry of customer invoices to the system
• Create and organization claims an invoice processes
• Systems of new customer openings
• Archiving customer agreements and order confirmations
• Prepation and sharing team reports
• Gathering information for inside communication
