·         Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or Logistics

·         Min. 2+ years work experience in shipping/forwarding operation especially for sea-lane

·         Good knowledge prefer to logistics operations and legislation

·         Excellent command of both written and spoken English

·         Strong computer skill, good command of MS office applications

·         Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills

·         Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork spirit

·         Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change

 Job description:

·         Ensure all official paperwork for government authorities is processed in a timely and efficient way and make sure archive process are in place.

·         Dealing with customers request by responding in agreed service levels

·         Organizing all ocean transportation activities with related shipments

·         Deliver a superior Customer experience to our BGH customers and proactive in identifying issue and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly

·         Developing and confirming shipment schedules

·         Prepares and provides the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his/her area of responsibility

·         Participate and involve negotiating rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers

·         Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, or frequency

·         Control the invoices received from the services providers (eg: customs broker, shipping agents, transporter companies, warehouses, etc) and handling the invoices to accounting department on time

·         Act as the first point of contact for customers and actively build strong relationships with customers
