We are looking for a professional Sushi Chef As Sushi Chef you will be responsible for making sushi and other offering in compliance with recipes and standarts, while delivering an exceptional  guest experience. As Sushi Chef responsible for customizing our guest’s order effectively andaccurately while delivering exceptional guest .

Your will work be an important factor to a client’s contentment. The ultimate goal is to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure long-termsuccess. Ultimately, it is the duty of our CDP to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

· 5+ years' experience with sushi preparation preferably with in a luxury hospitality setting

· Ability to sushi preparation expertise, creativity, food safety

· Maintainin supplies, creating menus, training staff and designing sushi plates

· Experience with kitchen team management

· Degree in culinary schools preferred

· Ability to work as a team player and jump in to any station when needed

· Ability to handle stressful situations

· Ability to speak English language is a must.
