With this in mind, we are seeking a highly creative, project oriented, and customer focused Product Developer, preferably with previous experience in the field  Medical Ultrasound physics.

• Mechanical/Physics/Electro-Mechanic Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Minimum 10  years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Fluency in English
• Expert knowledge of Project Management
• Strong technical design skills based on a broad and deep knowledge of fundamental engineering principles; medical products highly preferred
• Target oriented with effective skills for cost management, quality management and management of deadlines 
• Organized, driven and excited about designing the news products of the future
• Clear understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles
• Position requires periodic domestic travel and occasional international travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Working on the engineering aspects for and applications
• Organizing, planning and follow-up  on the project milestones: concept, design, testing, cost, approval
• Inventing/creating concepts and designs for new products/processes, and submitting invention disclosures
• Working cooperatively with manufacturing, process development, quality, regulatory, and marketing to ensure project success
• Collecting data and performing various forms of engineering analysis to make informed decisions or recommendations
• Building, developing and leading  a team of engineers to b
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in research, product management and engineering
• Constantly looks for ways to improve on our project development processes
• Focused on driving results and long-term success
• Keeps projects on track and on schedule, and is proactive in driving work forward
