General Qualifications?

· Bachelor’s Degree from an engineering department,

· Minimum 5 years experience in project management,

· SW development background expected,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

· Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

· Preferably prior experience in technology companies,

· Preferably working experience with Jira/Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne, MS Project or equivalent,

· Preferably PMP / PRINCE II certification,

· Experienced in documentation and reporting,

· Team-work oriented,

· Good command of English,

Job Description?

The candidate will:

· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress,

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,

· Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects,

· Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs,

· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques,

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,

· Delegate project tasks to staff members based on individual skill sets and experience levels,

· Perform other duties as assigned,

· Develop presentations, spreadsheets and reports
