Key Projects & Customer Delivery Experience Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the loyalty and rewards team the main objective of which is to help enhancing the ecosystem of rich product collections and e-commerce with Biggloyalty’s own proprietary IT technologies.
Founded in 1999, Biggloyalty has its offices in Istanbul, Amsterdam, Dubai and New Jersey with 180 employees in total.

- Bachelor’s degree from universities (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, etc.),
- Experience in Key account management,
- Experience in Service sectors such as Logistics or Operations,
- E-commerce experience is a plus,
- A Marketing eye is a plus,
- Customer and solution-oriented,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
The Project Management team is the center of operations at Biggloyalty. Being in constant communication with our corporate customers to deliver an excellent experience to them, you will be managing loyalty projects assigned to you from A to Z, including online reward portal and order management, supply chain, warehouse, cargo courier, call center and reporting.
You shall be:
- Managing our Key accounts with utmost attention to every detail in each process as described above from A to Z, track and solve problems so that a smooth delivery process can prevail all the way through.
- Analysing reports and figures of your projects and define sections where taking actions would help developing the processes.
