What product development means for us:

We believe in an iterative approach, based on solid customer insight. In simpler terms, we follow a build –> measure -> learn cycle to continuously enhance our products and experience. The ideal product executive should be able to provide value in each step of this cycle. He/she should be able to identify opportunities and pain-points based on qualitative & quantitative data, provide a solution, prepare the solution for the build phase (through the creation of user stories), supervise its deployment, and close the loop by analysing the solution’s effect on the overall experience.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering or other technical field
• Excellent analytical and problem solving aptitude
• Experience in business analysis / user story creation
• Experience in project management
• Experience in B2C products
• Experience in at least one of the following: UX design (i.e. wireframing, prototyping), UI/Visual design, qualitative research (i.e. moderated ux research, surveys), quantitative research (i.e. behavioural web analytics, conversion rate optimization), UI development (i.e. HTML, CSS)
