BMC is searching for a result-oriented and self-motivated individual who will be working as “Solution Architect” in Engineering Information Technologies department. Main focuses of the occupation will be managing, developing and driving PLM and all related engineering software systems with technical/methodological solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of working experience,
• Bachelor’s degree from an engineering department,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Residency in Ankara or Izmir,
• English is mandatory,
• A technical mindset and analytical approach,
• Knowledge of PLM and computer systems architecture,
• Understanding of software development and deployment methodologies,
• To be able to define and explain the solution thoroughly with strong communication skills even when it’s comprehensive and complex,
• Excellent documentation skills,
• Self-learning, risk taking, empathy, kindness and patience are qualitative features of the occupation,
• Agile working and multi-tasking abilities with meticulous nature.

Job Description

• Being part of Engineering IT team for maintaining end-to-end PLM process by taking responsibilities on centralizing design data and integrations in holistic approach,
• Managing BMC Group PLM systems with full administrator authorities,
• Responsible for taking part in administrating other engineering software systems,
• Identifying and modelling integrated business solutions,
• Overlapping software solutions with product development processes,
• Solution consultancy to configuration, design and other related departments,
• Administration on Engineering IT servers for purposes including maintenance, sustainability, code deployment, installations and upgrades,
• Troubleshooting and end-user support inside the company,
• Preparing technical and methodological documentations thoroughly in order to provide the sustainability of Engineering IT software environments,
• Organizing lectures, workshops and trainings within the company.
