• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering or MIS
• Minimum 5 years in related area
• Strong knowledge of Strong Agile Project Experiences, Digital processes and Sharp Financial&Process Modelling Acumen
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Visio, Blueprism,
• Excellent negotiation, analytical thinking, problem solving and team work skills,

İŞ TANIMI

• Performing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) project, process assessment for prioritization, studying the benefits and new organization for RPA, implementation of RPA for three core company process.
• Performing process improvement projects to establish standardization, create efficiency, reduce risk, increase automation and customer satisfaction in sales, after sales, production and support processes.
• Designing processes for new services and products.
• Establishing macro view and detailed level of all the company processes and defining improvement areas and KPIs, building roadmap/action plans for the improvements and coordinate/follow-up with the related parties.
• Analysing the major KPIs of core processes to define improvement areas and building SLAs between the organizational units.
• Customer focused process improvement activities, customer journey design to increase customer satisfaction, decrease customer response time, number of complaints and customer recalls
• Providing support to organizational design projects and workload analysis for organizational units. Calculation of required FTE, defining new organizational structure, building RACI matrices and updating job descriptions based on the to-be processes
