THE POSITION 

As a Demand Management Specialist you will contribute to corporate net sales and profitability and business goals by efficiently and effectively leading and managing supply chain activities for Human Pharma and limited Animal Health portfolio. He/she will be partner closely with local and remote supply chain planning partners, this position will aid in driving and sustaining global improvement in the S&OP Process in close collaboration with other departments (Sales / Marketing / Finance) and third-party stake holders like 3PL, local manufacturer,

Tasks & responsibilities 

1) Leads cross-functional S&OP meetings and ensures follow-up on decisions, action items, timelines

• Analyses forecast dispersion to improve sales forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain robust business relationships with Marketing & Sales to support business needs and optimize SCM performance.

2) Manages overall inventory performance in alignment with the business divisions to secure defined Customer Service Levels while optimizing costs, especially write-off and re-packaging costs.

• Manages and escalates supply issues to avoid supply disruption.
• Balance all stock levels and sellable stocks

3) Manages launches and production transfers

4) Supports projects in Supply Chain activity

Competencies

- Systems overview including SAP and SAP APO, Master Data, etc.

- S&OP Process support

- Inventory Management & Obsolescence Monitoring

- Customs operations

- Import license acquisitions

- Localization operations

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand planning and supply chain
• Good understanding of forecasting, production planning, supply functions preferably in pharma/human/animal health industry 
• Understanding of ERP, SAP functionalities related to SC management.
• Fluency in English & Turkish
• Customer oriented
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
