QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As E-Commerce  Marketing Manager, you will have responsibilities such as

  • Developing and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets,
  • Follow up the sales of e-commerce platform to ensure the achievement of performance,
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management,
  • Analyzing website performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth,
  • Leading initiatives to enhance the user experience, from website design and navigation to checkout process and post-purchase support,
  • Preparing the monthly campaign calendar by planning weekly/monthly/annual campaign and special day actions with marketplaces and website.
  • Periodically revising campaign calendar according to the rates of reaching the budget figures.
  • Preparation of campaign evaluation reports and interpretation according toKPIs
  • Determining strategies regarding sales channels based on market needs and trends,
  • Analyzing and understanding data to create accurate forecasting,
  • Creating campaign strategies and running the execution with your team,
  • Collaborating with operation and creative teams to develop engaging content, campaigns, and visuals that resonate with our target audience,
  • Working closely with IT and marketing teams to implement new e-commerce initiatives
  • Staying informed about fashion trends, new markets, and best practices in e-commerce to continuously innovate and stay competitive.

 

What about you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Min 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of e-commerce platforms,
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and related tools for analytics, marketing automation, and customer relationship management,
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, online trading, or digital marketing
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google ads, Facebook Meta, etc.
  • Ability to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute plans tactically,
  • Having very detail-oriented perspective,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze business trends and sales forecasts,
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams,
  • Good level of MS Office Programs
  • Marketplace experience is a plus,
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
