HR Analytics & Development Specialist

We're hiring an HR Analytics & Development Specialist to be located in both İstanbul and Bursa 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, Finance, Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Min. 3 years experience gained in Data Scientist or an equivalent position
• Experience working with and creating data architectures; data modeling, creating algorithms and predictive models
• Ability to work with multiple sources of data
• HR Analytics experience and tool usage such as Power BI, Excell Tableau, Weka, SPSS etc.
• Be detail orientated, comfortable with multitasking responsibilities,
• Have analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong communication and persuasion skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced level in MS Excel is a must, Macro Excel Knowledge is a plus)
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• No obstacle to travel

• Design necessary tools, data modeling processes, templates for the budgeting process, and people analytics reports
• Execute HR analytics reports & dashboards to reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions
• Play an important role in analyzing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics
• Coordinate HC, pay cost and HR budgeting process,
• Analyze competitor practices, new trends and make recommendations to management
• Contribute to organizational efficiency and development studies in various HR projects
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
