We are looking for a 'Mechanical Maintenance Unit Manager' to be located in Gemlik, Bursa.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years experience in this field,
• Excellent command of English,
• Good command of MS Office, AutoCAD and Solidworks,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schemes, and P&ID’s.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety,
• Good level of technical knowledge and knowledge of today's technologies. Especially, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, power and motion transmission elements terms etc.,
• Open to change, dedicated and capable of problem-solving and analysis,
• Successful in human relations, have leadership skills.

Job Description:

• To lead that interventions are carried out as soon as possible in case of malfunctions, so as not to cause loss of production,
• Manage the mechanical maintenance department budget,
• Manage the stock level of the spare parts,
• To lead the mechanical maintenance team,
• To make and implement the short and long term invesment plan of the factory,
• To lead and direct the maintenance to be done according to the weekly and daily maintenance program, to propose and implement solutions,
• To work on fault analysis and fault reduction,
• To detect chronic malfunctions throughout the factory, to produce solutions, to implement after approval, and to ensure their implementation,
• To ensure that planned and periodic maintenance practices are carried out,
• Participating in optimization projects related to energy usege&loss and maintenance costs,
• To ensure that all maintenance activities in the shift is carried out effectively.
