Production Team Leader (Milling/Assembly&Test)

Job Description

• Planning of production, personnel necessities and capacities
• Ensuring business continuity and optimization of production in an integrated manner in all 3 shifts
• Ensuring that all production works in line with the defined standards and instructions
• Controlling and improving the production KPIs in cooperation with other functions
        - Carrying out planning, inspection, control and follow-up responsibilities as HSE partner (occupational health and safety), 5S (order, organization, cleaning) coordinator
        - Follow up/improve OEE and Work Efficiency
        - Coordinating projects on the manufacturing places as safety, quality, productivity, cost improvement and digital transformation activities
        - Conducting problem solving activities
        - Coordinating daily production-quality meetings to ensure that quality actions are taken/ implemented and to follow the implementation of the actions.
        - Ensuring realization of urgent productions by close follow up
• Development of the associates as shift leader and operators
• Ensuring creating team motivation and engagement
• Ensuring Information Flow within relevant colleagues
• Supporting shift leaders and operators by leading the group
• Coordinating and supporting operators and shift leaders operators in the production area
• Organizing shift models

Qualifications

• Team player, good communication skill, result oriented, analytical thinking, cooperative,
• Engineering background preferably within manufacturing and technical areas (preferably Industrial or Mechanical engineering)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in milling / assembly and/or testing process
• Ability to negotiate & convince on management level
• Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English, German is an asset
• High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Knowledge of labor law is an asset
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and environmental safety rules and regulations is an asset
• Knowledge of Quality rules and regulations is an asset
