Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive and innovative IT developer to work on digital transformation activities using the Outsystems LowCode platform

You will have the opportunity to work with clients around the world on digitization projects for diverse business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing current and future business needs and contribution on conceptual design of LowCode developments
• Understanding, evaluating, consulting and documenting customer requirements
• Developing the applications based on customer needs by considering Bosch internal software development and IT security regulations
• Participation on international projects and roll-out activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in SW programming languages and databases like C#, C++, Java, .Net, Python, Vue, React
• Proficiency in software development, preferably LowCode platforms or web development
• Knowledge on big data environments: Apache Platform (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, etc.), SQL/ NoSQL
• SAP experience would be preferred
• Proficiency in requirements engineering techniques (Interview, Prototyping, Requirements Workshops, Reverse Engineering, Brainstorming, Survey/Questionnaire, Document Analysis, Interface Analysis, etc.)
• Experience of problem-solving including code correction
• Knowledge on Bosch Central Directives and Guidelines regarding Software Development and IT Infrastructure is an asset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to breakdown technical terms and wording into understandable daily language proper for target group
• Advanced Turkish and English is required, German in addition would be an asset
