Job Description

• Responsible for Service Partner Management Program (TTSM)
• Develop TTSM Program by UX user experience
• Expert of the After Sales business processes and able to make business requirements
• Acts as a bridge between related global and local departments
• Responsible for coordinating, collecting, representing and documenting business requirements including local legal requirements.
• Responsible for creating test plans, coordinating end-user testing and provide user acceptance for IT requirements
• Supports local rollout of central tools/processes including training of local end users.

Qualifications

• Math, Statistic, Management Information System or Industrial Engineering degree,
• Excellent command of English,
• Has Driving Licence and no travel restriction,
• Result oriented, have a positive attitude,
• Good team player.
