Guest Experience Agent

Cactus Hotels Group is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Guest Experience Agent to deliver a seamless and memorable guest journey from reservation to departure.

This role requires strong proficiency in hotel reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to manage bookings efficiently, optimize room occupancy, and provide outstanding guest service. The Guest Experience Agent works closely with Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams to exceed guest expectations at every touchpoint.

Key ResponsibilitiesReservation Management

• Process hotel reservations accurately via phone, email, and in-person interactions in line with brand standards

• Effectively use PMS systems (preferably Elektra) and OTA platforms

• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest services

Guest Interaction

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests

• Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and experiences

Sales & Upselling

• Actively contribute to revenue growth by achieving upselling and occupancy targets

Requirements

• Proven experience with hotel reservation systems (preferably Elektra) and OTA platforms

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong collaboration skills across departments

• Solid knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems)

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on room occupancy optimization

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)

• Flexibility to work during peak operational periods
