Development Engineer (Electrical)

We are looking for an “Electrical and/or Electronic Development Engineer” to join us on our journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you are expected to:

· Contribute to new machinery investment and existing machinery improvement projects

· Estimate budget and prepare schedule for investment and improvement projects

· Research and design for new machinery and/or existing machinery improvement

· Prepare technical specifications and purchase request

· Evaluate technical specs and price of machinery/service quoted by different vendors

· Supervise installation & start-up of new machinery and/or existing machinery improvement projects

· Follow performance and take immediate counteractions against problems for new start-ups

· Provide necessary documentation, spare parts, and training for new machinery and systems to facilitate smooth operation in the future

Before You Come on Board…

We believe you will fit well if you :

· Have an university degree from Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering Departments

· Experience on machinery & parts design, basic manufacturing technologies, and installation activities

· Can speak, write and communicate in English

· Planning and organizing skills

· Have strong enthusiasm for learning

· Value and strictly follow safety and environmental rules

· Have good communication skills and like to work with a team

· Have good analytical skills

· Able to work independently and structured

· Start your own journeys with your excellent written and communication skills

· Ready to take on new adventures with your open-minded, enthusiastic and observer character

· Already living, or able to live in Kocaeli
