Qualifications & Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years fo work experience in the field of sustainable development area
• Good command of written & spoken English is a must
• Having experience in reporting processes in the field of sustainability (including BIST, CDP, Global Compact and its programs, Ecovadis)
• Having experience in collaborating with agencies and consultants
• Strong analysis and data reading skills 
• Experience in project development and project execution
• Action oriented and proactive
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel & Power Point
• Ability to travel
  
• Experience at one of the Big 4 firms would be a plus

 Responsibilities

• Creaiting and executing a roadmap for medium and long term sustainibility strategies with stakeholders
• To follow international and national legal regulations, to take their evaluations in terms of our sector and our company, to carry out the process with the relevant people
• Working in partnership with internal and external Task Force teams, managing the process as a project owner
• Management of internal, external, stakeholder communication and training processes
• Preparing reports on CDP, Ecovadis, OEM once a year in cooperation with teams
• Preparing sustainability reports to BIST on an annual basis once every 3 months in cooperation with the teams
• Data validation processes management
• Provide consultancy to other departments by making solution-oriented analyzes
• Process management for NGO collaborations on their requests and requirements
• Management of internal, external, stakeholder communication and training processes
• Presentation and reporting to related stakeholders
